Founded over 120 years ago, Polyrey is a long-standing company in the Périgord region. The integration of the Ussel site in the 70s further strengthened its presence in France. Since then, Polyrey has continued to develop and adapt to changes in the market and its customers, with a real openness to international markets. Le groupe WILSONART a développé un programme de détection de talents, afin de les accompagner sur un parcours spécifique d’1 à 2 ans, puis de les intégrer dans l’entreprise à un poste de responsable.
L’objectif de ce Graduate Program est d’attirer les jeunes talents en externe qui ont vocation à devenir les cadres de demain. Pendant tout le programme, l’entreprise accompagne les lauréats avec la plus grande attention : séminaires d’intégration, coaching, formation, rendez-vous très réguliers avec les ressources humaines.

Próbki dekorów są dostępne na życzenie i mogą zostać wysłane bezpłatnie w ciągu 2 dni roboczych.
